My replacement controller is faulty, what do I do?

I recently got back a replacement controller in the mail since my last one started having stick drifting problems, as basically every other controller I've had met the same fate. Paid about $20 for shipping, waited 2 1/2 weeks for a replacement only to
get sent back one that has the exact same problem in the left stick. What should I do? Do I file for a second replacement or would I expect another broken controller sent back to me?

So sorry for that dear sir. You should registrate product and ask for another replacement.

Just been in touch with Microsoft nothing they can do as they need the faulty console to replace it with the same day one edition, I can't do that as game took the faulty console and components as they wouldn't give him a replacement unless the faulty one
was complete with all items, what a bummer

Yeah, it is strange behavior for the controller to do that. perhaps the connection between the controller and the batteries is faulty, if so then a replacement or repair would be your only options.

Hey there!

That sounds like your controller isn't operating as intended. Do you have another controller you can test to see what happens? If that second controller works as intended then that would seem to indicate that your other controller is faulty and needs to
be replaced.
