My repaired xbox one x makes a «buzzing» noise.

Hi, I recently shipped my Xbox One X to a Microsoft service center for repair (serious hardware error). Today I recieved my repaired/new unit, but this unit makes a loud mechanical «buzzing» noise (most likely the fan?). This noise is present constantly
unless i plug out the cord.

related to the console's ventilation experiencing a cutoff of some sort.

My second Xbox one s and the noise is doing my head in it's a loud fan and buzzing is this just me or is this meant to be making this noise
