    My repaired Xbox one finally shipped


    I got the email on the 11th stating that my Xbox one was ready to be shipped back. I called on the 16th and was told that they don't ship unless they have a minimum amount of packages. I called on the 17th and was told it was in-transit and it takes
    a week for fedx to update. (I live 5hrs away from the repair center) I called on the 18th and was told I should have it on the 19th. Fed-x tracking states that Fed-x just picked it up from Microsoft on the 19th.

    Microsoft should send an email stating that the product is shipping when it leaves the dock, not when they slap a label on the box and shove it in a corner.

    And I love how each day I get a different answer from support and they are all wrong.

    Checking Repair Status.

    I recently sent my xbox off for repair and I was checking the repair status and it was 5 boxes I think and they were something like. Xbox scanned by carrier Xbox shipped out Xbox received Xbox repaired Xbox shipped back Something along them lines above.
    Now every time i try and check it I can't find it anymore its keeps coming up with my service orders or something. I really want to see if its been repaired as I got a email stating that it has been shipped back. Thanks in advance.

    Xbox finished in repair, but UPS tracking number not working

    When i had my Xbox repaired it took a day or two once i got the confirmation it was being shipped back for the Tracking number to work.

    Sent my Xbox One X in for a minor noise repair under warranty - UPS dropped off a pancake at the dock. HELP

    Well, I had to get in touch with a supervisor, they finally instructed Repairs to file a claim with UPS since it is their shipping label and not mine.

    We'll see how it goes I guess.
