MY REP IS GOING DOWN FOR NO REASON

I was told to post here by a chat support person.

My reputation all of a sudden started going down around 2 months ago or so. I have no clue why, my account has been in "investigation" for a while. I haven't heard any replies. It was stuck at the yellow in "Needs improvement" for a while. I haven't been
playing online lately because I've been playing a lot of single player games because I rarely ever play online when my friends aren't on, and they haven't been on lately.

I played one game of COD today online, and my rep was down into the orange "Needs improvement" I really do not understand this whole reputation thing. The fact that this hasn't been removed or fixed in any way is downright ridiculous and frustrating, and
I'm honestly considering not playing Xbox anymore. This is absolutely unfair and I'm tired of this ridiculous reputation system ruining myself and other people's experiences.

Bad rep for no reason

my account RealSpring44164 got a bad rep ban for no reason.. apparently playing with an underpowered character and than getting reported for doing so gets you a bad reputation even though Xbox reviews the reports.. please re do your “investigation” on this
account and lift the bad rep ban because it was clearly not a fair decision

There's not a lot we here can do to help. All we can do is advise you to just keep playing without causing any friction and be a fair team player.

Try not to think about it and it should go back up over time.

well if they dont fix my rep i might go tp ps4 cause people report people for no reason and i'm tired of it on xbox period they need to get rid of that rep thing its crap i'm not trying to be rude its just how i feel about this rep thing

Because everything you said in your post is untrue.

Your rep will only go down if the reports are valid.

I've had a bunch of reports filed against me but my rep has never gone down because I have done nothing wrong.
