    1. Yes, I realise that Case Zero is region locked - I don't understand WHY is region locked when the main game is not.

    2. Sorry, maybe I was not clear. The free Game for Gold at the moment in both the UK region AND the UAE region is Rainbow Six. Yet I cannot download it on my UK Gamertag. I CAN download it on my UAE gamertag. Why is it region locked when the game is not
    only freely available in both regions but is also the current free Game for Gold in both regions. This makes no sense to me.

    If the game is region locked then it would not be possible to download the game unless your account region matches your physical location. If the game is not region locked, you might be able to download it, however, being in a region that is not supported
    by Live, it is not guaranteed you will be able to download them.

    Yes, the game is available in UAE. So if you migrate your account region to UAE, you will be able to download it.
