My refunds got denied for no reason

So I made a refund request last night for two games I didn't bought but it was denied as a "Bulk Refund" I dont know why it maxed me out on refunds even though I made like five I want my money back on Little Nightmares and Mafia 2 now I want my money back
I never made the purchase on Mafia 2 but I did on Little Nightmares though but to keep it simple I want my money back

How do I do that? Mostly I know how the emails are marked as "no reply" and I dont know how to do that

Hello,

Thank you for your post. Please access the last email you received from support regarding your refund, you can simply click reply/respond and your email client will open a dialog box you can then enter a message and send in response. This email will go to
the agent who reviewed your case.

Reply to the email you got, and explain in detail why you want the refund. Microsoft may then refund you.

If Microsoft denied the refund, then reply to the email you got, and explain in detail why you want a refund. Not liking the game is not a valid reason.

If you got an email from the refund team denying the refund, then reply to the email with the reason you want the refund. They may then change their mind and give you one.
