However, since you have mentioned that your previous refund request was denied, nothing to worry! The next best option you have to make sure your refund request can still be approved is to have you dispute your refund webform decision by replying to their email and help them understand that your refund should be granted. Also, make sure to provide an accurate explanation as to why your refund should be approved.

After replying to your refund email dispute, you will receive an update from them within 72 hours.

To make sure you can secure your account further and prevent unauthorized charges from happening again, kindly change your password on:

Also, remove your payment method on your account on account.microsoft.com > payment and billing > payment option.
