My refund i have't got my money back

After you submit your refund request

You’ll receive a confirmation email and should get a response from the support team within 72 hours.

Important! Do not fill out the refund request form again once you have submitted your request.

Aaron, usually the refunds take from 3 - 5 business days ( it can be more depending on your bank institution ) but in the last 2 weeks there was a delay in the refund process, so this might be why it is taking a little longer.
