My refund has not been returned from March 14, 2023, is there any solution?

If I may ask, is the refund already showing up on your order history?

You can check the transaction on your order history and the status of the order if the refund has already shown here:

If ir showed as refunded then it would be upto your bank

If you used prepaid credit card or PayPal it can take upto 60 days

Sometimes it won't show up till the next billing cycle of your card oe it has but you missed it in your bank statements

Here is how you can request a refund. Just keep in mind refunds arent guaranteed especially for in game currency and especially if any of the in game currency had been spent at all:

The recipient (you) can give the code to someone else to redeem. Or, you can ask them to return the item for a refund.

The recipient can't return or exchange the gift code.

To return the item for a refund, go to your order history page, find the item, and select Refund information.

I returned a few games in 2023 and I was warned that my refund limit was reached. Even though I haven't made any returns since 2024. but its still warning. There shouldn't be a limit on refunds, I can't force myself to like something. I must try. please refund me

And this is why there is a refund limit in the first place. Its not so you can refund every game you play and end up not liking.
