my refund has no status

I asked for a refund on two games. assassin's creed mirage and Tom Clancy's ghost recon wildlands. i asked for the refund for ghost recon 11 days ago and when i look at my order history and there is no status. mirage is the same. i am worried my 14 days will be up and won't be able to refund it. i turned in a refund survey thing and it still hasn't popped up. the virtual assistant doesn't have answer either. this was all one xbox one and i asked for refund since i wanted to see what the games are like and was disappointed in the endgame.

You mentioned that you requested a refund because you wanted to check them and you were disappointed in the endgame. According to the refund policy: "Requests are for games in which you haven’t accumulated a significant amount of play time"

First you gotta remember you did it on a holiday weekend

Second ir takes 3-5 business days after its approved ontop of that whenever your bank proccess it since you asked for it the Thursday before you wouldt see it yet since this would be the first business day today

Which due to the holidays cab take longer remember we just had a 5 day holiday

Christmas Eve plus Christmas and boring day and newyears and new years eve

Banks don't work kn those holidays

If you are hoping to get thr refund before the sale ends don't just buy it and seal with it when it comes

Never count on refunds before the sale ends especially around the holidays

So all refunds have to go through a process, you don't always receive the money back instantly depending on how you paid for the game. The first email saying it was refunded means they sent the refund and they've done their part, but it has to go through
a process and the second email explains that it could take up to 5 days to get your money back depending on what bank or credit card company you used. Some banks process refunds faster than others. Hope this helped!

Ok thank you, so i took it off for some reason, and does put it back on for it to be recived or do i still have to wait 5 days?

It means that the refund will be sent to the method you originally used to pay for the item.

If you paid for it using currency from your account then it will be returned there. If you used a credit/debit card to pay then the money will be returned to that method. You would need to keep an eye on your bank for more info on the refund there
