    Whats the Wal-Mart xbox one returns policy?

    Ive been thinking about exchanging my xbox one for another but i bought mine on launch day over 30 days ago. From the looks of the return policy on the website it says 15 days? But im not sure if thats just for refunds, im wondering if i could exchange
    it at the store for another.

    If you're within 30 days of the purchase you can get only a full refund there are no partial refunds. I only hope you're still within the 30 days. If you're in the US/Canada 800 469 9269.

    No refund after 30 days

    There has been issues with the refund software, hence why there has been a delay. Everyone who has been granted a refund should get it once the software issues have been fixed.

    The timeframe for refunds is 14 days. It's basically because there are games that can be played and completed in that time so it keeps people from just buying a game, playing it, then refunding it.
