My refund for Cyberpunk was denied

If you got an email saying the refund was denied, then reply to the email why you want the refund. Microsoft should then refund you.

I spoke with someone at Xbox support and they were extremely helpful, I was able to get my request resubmitted!

As long as they keep updating the game and creating a better experience on par with what has been advertised over the past few years I see no reason to not repurchase, I was following the game back when it was first teased (I wasn't even aware it was a game
I thought it was a movie like Beowulf) I wanna love the game but it sucks that I keep seeing people playing it and I can't do much without crashing :/

Can’t you request it again or at the very least challenge the decision to not give you a refund somehow?

It’s rather unfortunate. Cyberpunk 2077 has some really great potential. The story, the characters, the soundtrack and even the in game music is superb. However the glitches, bugs and how the game looks here and there really takes what should’ve been an
enjoyable experience and makes it at the very least extremely frustrating.

Same issue. Someone from the Microsoft Support for Xbox denied me yesterday. Today, @XboxSupport tweets out that refunds have been issued to a "vast majority", but all I'm seeing in these threads are people who were denied for whatever reason.

Now because of being having the Request Denied on the Order History for Cyberpunk 2077, I cannot file another request for refund.

How are we going to get this resolved when @XboxSupport says one thing, but the people handling the refunds are denying the requests?

We were ALL cyberpunked.
