    My refund didn't work.


    I ordered some robux through the Xbox website. With my funds I ordered £20.00 worth of robux but it did not get sent to my Roblox account. I now realise that I had to go to Microsoft store to buy the robux since I am on PC. I sent a refund request and it got denied with no reason specified.     It can take at least 3 to 5 business days to receive a refund after it has been approved, but can take longer depending on the bank as well.
