    My refund and hacked report


    So on March 17, I was hacked and loaded up with several games that I don't have in my Xbox One, then I requested a refund and a postponement to report that I got hacked. He emailed me that I will get my money back and it was promised in an email. I had been waiting for news about my refund for about two weeks. The worst part is that I don't have the majority of purchased games on my Xbox One account. So I see my refund is declined and I WANT MY REFUND AS PROMISED OR I WILL FILE A COMPLAINT AGAINST YOU.

    I recoverd my Xbox LIVE account but unathorized charge was made while my account was compromised!

    Good Luck. My account was hacked on Auguest 4th and I still have not been refunded/able to play on xbox. My suggestion is to just file a BBB report now and get it over with. I just did.

    Well, without proof that it was hacked/stolen it wouldn't be locked.. for example, if someone reported my account as being stolen or hacked.. they would need proof to support their report. Did you provide proof?

    I got hacked today luckily i changed all of my information before they could do anything except spend my 3000 ms points on some fifa crap. now i got this crappy game on my list and i don't know whether to report this to ms because of these long investigations
    just for a refund. Im really thinkin about just accepting my loss.
