My redeem codes never worked

Discus and support My redeem codes never worked in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I have many codes to redeem (gears of war 1, 2 and 3 for buying gow 4, rockstar horde packages, etc), and all of them say that they have been redeemed....     My redeem codes never worked


    I have many codes to redeem (gears of war 1, 2 and 3 for buying gow 4, rockstar horde packages, etc), and all of them say that they have been redeemed. Who could I contact to get this problem solved?

    There no contact chanel to microsoft help desk,.

    Need help redeeming my xbox live code

    I tried redeeming the code in my browser on my computer using these instructions, big mistake. It said "thank you, you redeemed your code" and then exited me out. No gamertag registration whatsoever. I thought the whole point of redeeming my code was to create a gamer tag, but no just exits me out. I then tried redeeming my code on my xbox (so that I could create the gamer tag) and it said "sorry, code already redeemed."

    so what the... what do I do now?

    does anyone else have a code they are not using.

    the codes i had yesterday would not work. i assume you simply redeem them on the marketplace "redeem code" section

    i never got the code....the problem is not with redeeming a code, it's in getting to the webpage, none of the multiple links in the email work

    Getting message code cannot be found

    I always redeem the codes through the website,and then input the code it gives me into the console. I am now receiving a message on my console that the code has been redeemed,but I never got the vbucks. I have never had this happen before.

    The code comes from the Microsoft store. I received my code a few days ago. I redeemed it online, but the content never showed up in the game. I contacted microsoft store and they said to contact xbox.

    If and when you receive your code, I would suggest redeeming it in-game. Following the instructions that xame with the email didn't work for me.

    halo warthog for forza horizon 3

    I have the same issue... received Halo Warthog code in a message before Horizon 3 released and redeemed it right away. Never saw the Warthog in the demo and now that my copy of Horizon 3 has arrived the Warthog is still MIA. I can't download it again because
    it doesn't show up in my account history and I can't redeem the code again as the system say the code has already been used. Xbox Support on Twitter never responded about this issue either so I don't know if it's the Xbox Store, Horizon 3 or Xbox Dashboard
    Preview that is causing this issue.

    The Best Buy pre-order car dlc code was redeemed on Xbox web site before my Horizon 3 arrived and that worked so I'm left thinking it's the Dashboard Preview that worked the Warthog code redemption.
