    My recent players no longer now refresh and it's so annoying!! Why?


    Why doesn't my recent players refresh anymore, can I fix that?

    No they aren't - mine still aren't fully loading. It's happening less often, but I'm still getting some threads that I have to refresh because all I'm seeing is a white screen with a green bar at the top. My recent players no longer now refresh and it's so annoying!! Why? :(

    Also, on the forums home screen, which shows all of my recent posts and stuff, I can only delete one PM at a time. I have to constantly refresh it to delete another, which is tedious and annoying.

    No recent players for me either. Really annoying when you want to mute someone.

    so how are we supposed to properly report people?

    I feel your pain, it's a hassle trying to report people when the "recent players" doesn't always update. So what I tend to do now if take a screenshot of the lobby, or I'll get my phone out to take a pic of the gamertag, so I can go back and report it later
    if they don't appear in the recent players list.

    It's really annoying that we have to resort to such measures, would be great if the system worked as intended.

    August update bug on XB1: Recent Players "last met" not showing the time anymore.

    At least, despite the delay, I could still communicate with a recent player, but after the update, there's no telling if the player is recent from 5min ago or from yesterday! Really annoying.
