My Realm gets stuck in Building terrain 1.17

We recommend accessing Settings > Network Settings > Advanced Settings > Alternate Mac Address > Clear it and the console should restart. It would definitely help if you could restart the internet router while the console is restarting.

After going through the troubleshooting steps mentioned, I invite you to perform a quick power cycle by turning off the console and then unplugging all the cables. After 2 to 3 minutes, re-plug them back again, then restart your console.

If none of the steps was helpful, you will need to get in touch with the developer of the game support for further assistance through Submit a request – Home (minecraft.net).

Its just stuck on building terrain

I don’t get a error but I it won’t load in after the building terrain bar gets full it gets stuck on the loading screen

My phone keeps loading the realm eternally at the message of "Building Terrain", and no, the problem is not my phone, as I loaded another realm and it worked perfectly

Also, if I leave a realm by pressing the "X" button on the menu, all the items on my inventory are lost? Or do they stay there until next time I join again?

We saw this on a realm we are apart of too. One of the members wasnt able to get in and was stuck on the "Building terrain" screen. We have seen people suggest a server restart (not reset), a roll back to just before the problem occurred.

The person basically did a hard reset on their xbox, and then after 24 hours they initially had the problem they were able to login again.
