My real name won't show on my profile due to enforcement action

so the long and short of it is, in 2016 I got reported by somebody who was upset at me for winning a race. I didn't realise that the "real name" associated with my account was "Genital Thunderstorm" lol. I must have made that my name when I was 13 and trying
to be funny. Now, nobody can see my name on my xbox profile. When I go to my settings, it says that xbox has blocked this feature due to my past behavior. I cannot submit a case review either because it has been over 12 months since action was taken. I have
since changed my name to something appropriate, and i would like this "permanent" action taken off my account. So, i contacted xbox support, and according to the agent i spoke to, there was 0 records of me ever having had a suspension put on my xbox account.
So he could not do anything about it. How can i go about getting this removed and having my "real name" visible to other players?

Your real name doesn't show up to anyone except those who can see your screen. I'm using my real name, but I challenge you to find it in my profile.

Can't Become Xbox Ambassador

I want to become an ambassador, I meet all of the requirements except for one. I have had 2 enforcement actions on my account due to inappropriate chat problems such as name calling. My most recent one was as of 3 months ago. I was wondering, do these "Past
enforcement actions" ever disappear? I would like to become an Xbox ambassador ASAP. Thanks ahead of time!

To check, where have you tried adjusting this setting? Do you see the same error if you try to adjust that from
your settings page online?

If so, can you include a screenshot of the exact error you're seeing, in your reply?

The man I spoke to from support got me to change it on xbox and on this page.

If you factory restore the console, do you still see the same error if you try to adjust that setting afterward? There's an option when you restore that will keep your games and apps installed to the console,
so you don't need to worry about redownloading those.

Change display name

You use your display name whenever you sign in to your account. It's also the name you see on your Windows 10 devices, and it's the name people see when you send emails. This name may differ from your local account's display name.
Here's how to change your display name if you're signed in to your Microsoft account:
- Sign in to the Your info page on the Microsoft account website.
- Under your name, select Edit name. If there’s no name listed yet, select Add name.
- Enter the name you want, then type the CAPTCHA and select Save. Some names may not be allowed if they contain blocked words or phrases. If you get an error when you enter your name, try a nickname instead.
If the display name doesn't change right away, or if the old name is still showing in emails, your information may be cached. To get the name to update quickly, you can switch
to your local account, then sign back in to your Microsoft account.
The display name doesn't change your gamertag. If you want a new gamertag, see How to change your Xbox
gamertag.

Change administrator name

To change the administrator name:
