My Random Console Suspension

So on September the 7th at 11:30 I was banned on console. So I knew what it was like for I was on a one day suspension last week. So I called the support team and they told me I had a two week suspension for basically everything xbox live. They told me to
file a case review but I can't for in the past two days I have no recieved any email or there is also nothing new in my enforcement history. At this point I guess I'll just have to wait out two weeks with no reason since I have not been provided with one.

Are you into horror games?

For the most part, I'm just not really interested in some of them for their gameplay. Only game that really had me caught up in the suspense was Alan Wake. It made me extra paranoid when I would see a random shadow or hear a random noise.

 

Random Suspension!

I was in a middle of black ops 2 and then it said your account is disconnected it's being signed in somewhere else, i thought i was being hacked, then it randomly said i got suspended for 1 day and i can't go to party chat or communicate to people. I'm confuse
because I didn't do anything and I'm not even being told what I did it's just a random suspension that popped up. Please Help
