my rainbow six siege wont launch on pc xbox or ubisoft connect.

I don't think it comes out on Xbox play anywhere, becase Rainbow six Siege is already sold for PC from the ubisoft store.

For this case, it would be best to reach out to the PC manufacturer for them to check on the device and also to the game developer Ubisoft: Rainbow Six Siege Support | Official Ubisoft Help considering that the issue only occurs on when playing the said game.
