    My px24 turtlebeach headset stopped playing audio


    Me and my brothers have xbox day one edition we both recently bought the headset and a controller each the headsets stopped playing audio I brought the headset to my friends house who also has the headset he has the new version xbox my headset worked but
    not on my controller but on his I assumed it was the controllers but I borrowed one of his and soon it stopped work aswell his headset still work and mine but on his xbox is there anything else I can do and what is the problem does anyone know someone please

    Pre-Ordered the Polk 4 Shots $149.99 from Bestbuy.ca

    A few other headsets? Or things in general?

    Polk is known for Audio so I think these will be solid. They seem to be on par with the Turtlebeach Xo7 headset.

    With my 360 I used the cheapest Turtlebeach head set out there (XL1) and liked them, so these should do me fine

    Hi there. With HDMI from your Xbox, you can hook-up the TurtleBeach headset audio input to the audio output of your television, if it has that feature. Otherwise, your best bet would be to obtain an Xbox 360 Audio Adapter Cable (now discontinued). TurtleBeach

    Using earbuds for game audio

    generally earbuds will only have party audio since that can be picked up from the controller connection. I havent seen a pair of earbuds (maybe the turtlebeach battlebuds but unsure) play game audio, i think for that you either need a bluetooth wireless
    gaming headset or a headset made for xbox to pick up game audio

    it wont work via bluetooth as the controller does not pass audio vie bluetooth.

    wired then it technically should pic the headset up as a usb audio device. i normally use either a turtlebeach 3.5mm headset or my mobile phone headset.

    not sure why it wont work over usb though.
