    My purchauses aren't going through


    everytime I try to purchause something an error message pops up saying this:

    We're having trouble proccessing your payment and we'd like to get it sorted out.

    This happens all the time!!!

    Holding down the power button until shutdown is what essentially commands the console to dump the cache. The presence or absence of power doesn't clear it. And, most data is cleared out by the console normally ... the power-cycle gets rid of stuff that
    wasn't cleared out properly.

    Hi,

    Edge is not console only. It's the next version of the old Internet Explorer, which is available on PC and Xbox consoles.



    Are you participating in the Xbox Insider program? If yes, maybe the app isn't working properly, since it's also a beta.

    I have had also some issues with the Edge browser.

    Maybe you and maxen should think while reading (memory of whats been said would help too) and STOP jumping on the assumption train that WAY too many are riding.

    Earlier in THAT post I said I was on MS EDGE, yeah?

    As far as I know, EDGE is CONSOLE ONLY.

    I was referring to the POWER CYCLE solution. (mentioned in THIS thread...ISNT IT????)

    I dont even HAVE a PC.

    In that thread, you were given advice on how to use a different browser, specifically through a PC. Your final post in that thread states "Cheers, I already tried that, hence my ability to reply now. Can I remove
    this post somehow?" By posting that it sounds as though things are working for you through a different browser and you were okay with it. Hence why maxen stated you seemed content with using a better browser through a PC.
