    Im guessing the suspended account on your console is not set as the HOME account on that console

    Can xbox change this if i got in touch with them

    In order to use the games on a new account, you would have to be using the console your banned account had set as your Home console. If that is not the console you're using, then there's nothing else that can be done. Since it is banned it is no longer
    possible to change your Home on that account. You would have to purchase the games on your new account.

    Hi Kristy,

    Sorry for the issue with your suspension. If the home console was not set before the ban, then you would not be able to do so at this time. The account gets blocked from Xbox live totally.

    No. You forfeit that ability when the account got banned. To change it you need to be able to connect to xbox live
