    My punchcard is only showing 2 out of 3 pre-orders,I've pre-ordered Resident Evil 7 but it's not showing up and I have only 1 day left?

    Preorder punchcard

    I never received my rewards for the preorder punchcard. The 3 games showed up as preordered on the punchcard but no points.

    Preorders not counting for my punchcard

    I was told by the twitter team to post here to get my preorder punchcard corrected. I had made preorders for RE7 and a few other games and they didn't count towards my punchcard and I didn't receive the reward points for it. (This was the last punchcard
    not the current one).

    Per the offer's terms, since Resident Evil releases after the offer ends, it won't show as completed and you won't receive the credits until after that game releases later in January.

    Microsoft rewards on Xbox not working

    Fable 3 isn't counting towards the Top 10 punchcard either. I have gotten like 15 achievements since activating this punchcard but none counted, although my account has recognized the achievements in my achievement tracker and the Earth Day punchcard.

    No. With punchcards, the purchases will only count if you make the purchase after the punchcard becomes available.

    Did you pre-order before the punchcard was available? If so, the purchase wouldn't count towards the punchcard.
