    Ive contacted xbox support, they told me to file a ticket just go on pubg.com/support choose your platform and file out the information

    Same game (PUBG), I bought as digital download when it released in Dec 2017. Same issue, just comes up saying installation cancelled, then an error code 0x87e0000d
