    My PUBG have crashed, need help.


    Hello, my PUBG isn’t working and I don’t now why. The title screen is not showing the normal PUGB background it is just blue title screen. When I try to go in to the game it just say that I have to wait some minutes an it doesn’t work even when I wait 20
    minutes and try again it doesn’t work. So I tried to downinstall the game and then install it again to se if it will work again, but it didn’t.

    I recently shared the game to my friend, it is that why it doesn’t work. None of us are able to play the game right now.

    Please help me to be able to play PUBG again.

    Game Performance is Terrible

    Sorry for you my guy, but iv had an one x since nov pubg is the only game I had, playing on a fullhd vizio played ok looked fine yes in nov it crashed alot rubber banding slow fps. as of may 5 I have been on a UHDTV 4K HDR pubg looks amazing, plays 10x
    better vs nov.

    PUBG newest update makes me crash

    Ever since the latest PUBG update, my game has crashed every single game. When I get back into the game and try to resume my match, it crashes the game again. I’ve already uninstalled and installed back already but no luck. Anyone else’s have this issue
    and has figured out how to fix it?

    Hey there.

    Make sure you have fully "quit" the game at the home screen. Try reloading, if that doesn't work then try hard resetting your console by holding down the power button.

    I have Intel i7 11800H and 3050ti, when i play PUBG at ultra settings my laptop crashes with blue screen Clock watchdog Timeout.need solution.

    Then you need to contact PubG support for their game crashing. They have the knowledge base and tools we don't.

    Lately I have problems rendering and crashing in PUBG (no news), other games are running normally, trying to clear the console cache, it might help.

    Thank you for reaching out. The constant game crashes could be being caused by the latest update becoming corrupted. For this, we suggest you try

    reinstalling the game     by doing the following:

    1. From Home, select My games & apps, and then select
      See all.
    2. When you’ve highlighted something to uninstall, press the Menu button
      on your controller.
    3. Select Manage game & add-ons, then Uninstall all.
