    My Pubg freezes at title screen.


    Alright so, it doesn’t happen every time, but it’s happened twice and the only way to fix it is to uninstall and reinstall. I open pubg and it freezes at the car on the title screen and plays music and lets me click the region select but doesn’t do anything
    else. Does anyone else have this problem or does anyone know anymore solutions? Thank you

    Did you try the page Grey Provided? And to be sure, do you have an official HDD?

    Probably has something to do with the game being in game preview stage.

    Have you tried downloading the latest update (released today) to see if it fixes the issue?

    getting kicked from online during matches?

    I'm not getting disconnected, but my game keeps freezing, making an obnoxious noise and rebooting the game back to the title screen.

    Xbox Game Preview     title and is currently a work in progress. If you're experiencing

    freezing on your Xbox One console    , please give the steps in that guide a try.

    Hey there, handofnod! If you're encountering screen freezing then I'd definitely recommend going through the troubleshooter titled "Xbox Screen Freeze Solution".
    I'd be interested to know if this helps get to the bottom of the issue. Give it a shot and let us know it it helps! :)
