So on my profile there is a big black bar on the top of my screen with a caution sighn that sais reputation: needs work. How can I get this to go away

That represents your rep status, as you play online and interact with other players, you’ll accumulate feedback from both your teammates and opponents, as well as from the games you play. Your reputation score will have an effect on many aspects of your
online experience including who you are matched with, the reputation of your Xbox Live party, and your ability to communicate with others on the Xbox Live service.

To have a better rep avoid activity that other players are likely to view as unfair or unsportsmanlike and refrain from making unsportsmanlike comments. If you routinely receive negative feedback due to unsportsmanlike behavior or communications in a specific
game or gametype, it may become more challenging to find good matches or new players in that game title. By playing different games and interacting with other players in a positive and productive way, your reputation score can improve. For more info:

kinda curious on this, i have not played any online games in probably 4-5 months at least, but i come back and i have this as well. i have no one else that uses my account, and no one knows my pass to get on..
