    Sorry, but are you trying to sign into your profile on your Xbox 360 console? Are you trying to download your profile? Not sure what you mean by "Can't access my profile on Xbox LIVE."

    In other words if the website contains information that violates the Code of Conduct, it's not allowed. If the information doesn't violate the Code of Conduct, you're allowed to do it. For example, you can put a link to Youtube
    in your bio, but you can not put a link to a particular Youtube that shows you how to mod your account.

    Their is currently a service alert for Xbox live and profile downloads are being effected please stand by as xbox is working on this problem. their are many gamers world wide that are being effected by this service alert please let us know if you continue
