    Today i woke up and i was on xbox live and talking to my friend about an hour later it says i cant sign in and it is saying that my profile is unable to sign in due to a password change and i dont know what changed it

    It's tied to your account not your console

    Maybe you password was hacked go on the pc at sign in hit forgot password. If that doesn't work call support right away
