    You may have been suspended or banned. Check the email connected to that specific account and there should be an email notifying you whether you were banned or not. If you require more information on the suspension please create a post on the Xbox Live Enforcement

    In other words if the website contains information that violates the Code of Conduct, it's not allowed. If the information doesn't violate the Code of Conduct, you're allowed to do it. For example, you can put a link to Youtube
    in your bio, but you can not put a link to a particular Youtube that shows you how to mod your account.

    Their is currently a service alert for Xbox live and profile downloads are being effected please stand by as xbox is working on this problem. their are many gamers world wide that are being effected by this service alert please let us know if you continue
