My profile won't let me sign in

I go on my account on xbox and then a screen keeps on poping up saying that I need to verify my account i do that but it still wont let me now it is saying that there is an unusual login now my account got deleted from my xbox what happened to my account

if there is unusual activity on your account go to https://support.xbox.com/en-US/my-account/security/compromised-account-solution

read the instructions carefully, especially about setting up a new email account for Xbox to contact you, and you should be able to recover your account
