My profile picture wont change

Discus and support My profile picture wont change in XBoX Accessibility to solve the problem; I've tried to do it from my xbox and also the xbox app and it still wont change to a custom profile picture. it says its uploaded then nothing happens....     I've tried to do it from my xbox and also the xbox app and it still wont change to a custom profile picture. it says its uploaded then nothing happens. im pretty sure im not banned from changing it

    Hi there Jennifer welcome to the community forum! Christopher here, an Xbox fan just like you and has been on Xbox for years already. I would really love to make your day by helping you out. Some users have reported this as well but Microsoft hasn't given an official message about this issue!

    A bunch of other people, myself included, are having this problem. There’s no fix for it that I can find yet. An ambassador is probably going to tell you , “Xbox profile pictures can take upwards of 48 hours to be confirmed by a moderator” which doesn’t help at all. I’ve waited three days now for my profile pic to change and nothings happened. It usually uploads in like one minute but now they’re saying it can take 48 hours which I’ve never heard happen before.

    i have the same problem, i tried changing it with my PC, Phone & an External USB Flash Drive and it still wont Update my Profile Picture.
