My profile keeps signing out after turning on my Xbox

I was playing on Saturday morning when I was signed out of my profile

Now I can't sign in or download my profile with out it saying that I have a problem with my credentials

I keep trying to get a call back from Xbox to fix it for 3 days now and just keep going round in circles

mines the old xbox and wont alllow me to sign in at all then randimly does it after a hour but every time i turn iff my xbox i cant sign in to play even oon my profile

I had this problem ealier today and called the number that you recomended and they fixed my problem pretty fast. I had to first see if i could sign in on another profile then after that sign out and go to system settings. Once there i went to memory, highleted
my hard drive, pressed y and then selected clear cashe system. After that i had to delete the account i could not sign into (choose delete account not delete account and files) then turned my xbox off for about a minute. After a minute i turned it back on,
redownloaded my account and it signed in no problem.

Sorry for the issue with getting signed out. Have you tried rebooting your router? Also is the console plugged directly into a wall outlet and not a surge protector or extension cord?

I have actually viewed the ports used and have confirmed in my router that their is no issue.

My router is setup and configured for UPNP and is allowing the xbox live traffic to pass through necessary ports without problems.

In the past, with the same configuration on my Xbox and the same router configuration, I was able to connect to XBOX live perfectly fine. This leads me to believe its a firmware/OS update that has been applied to my system that is causing the issue.

A quick/simple search of “Xbox Live keeps logging out” on google or the forums will display the results of many other users experiencing the same issue.
