    My profile is still signed in on an Xbox I sold...


    Hi, I recently sold my Xbox one and bought a series s. I stupidly forgot to delete my profile from it and now whoever has it has access to my games. I keep getting kicked out of games when I'm playing them. How do I solve this???

    That doesn't work and made it worse.

    Now I am having problems with my profile.

    It keep sign out and message appear says:

    A problem occurred while signing in!!!!!!!!!!!!

    That really make me mad!!!!!

    I just sold my PS3 to Buy new Xbox360 to play online and now I am having troubles and my Xbox is useless!!!!

    I can't play online and now I can't sign in my profile!!!!

    Both profiles on my Xbox 360 won't connect to Xbox live and won't move or delete

    I already tried this and it doesn't work. My Xbox 360 still struggles to sign in into both profiles in my xbox. Its like my Xbox only let's one specific network to sign in. I've used my home network,sisters mobile hotspot,and my neighbors network and my
    Xbox doesn't let these networks to sign in into my profile. My Xbox only allows my mobile hotspot to sign in into my profile . I have no idea if my Xbox is glitched or not.

    so i sold my 360 to buy Xb1, but now i cant remove my 360 profile from xbox live?

    as it still picks me up as having a 360.. so i cant buy online games or apps?
