My Profile Is Simply Gone? (Did not delete items)

I was having some difficulties with my account, and I tried to fix a problem by deleting my profile from my xbox 360, and i know i did not delete my items since my save files are still there, but my profile cannot be downloaded, simply saying it cannot and
giving me the 801540a9 error code. When i try to view my profile on xbox.com, it simply says error, that there is a glitch in the system, and i would really like some help. I had a lot of stuff on that profile, and I really need it back. Any help is appreciated.

XBox Live Gold - still showing as XBox Live Free

You don't need to delete your profile to recover. You can simply recover the profile and it will keep everything intact without the risk of accidentally pressing "Delete Profile Items."

 

Deleting and Recovering Gamertag

Yes, Delete Profile Only, do not Delete Profile and Items. You will lose all saved games associated with that gamertag. Don't make the same mistake I did, there is no confirmation screen.

 

Just to verify was your account associated with a parent or child account? If yes I suggest you to follow the steps in this support link:

It doesn't matter if it is in the xbox one section for as I see it this is an account issue.

 

It is in a family account, and I have seen this post before, the one you just posted that is, and it did not help, I cannot even view other peoples profiles on here, and I cannot download my profile back to my xbox, so I believe I may simply have to wait
and see if it is a problem with microsoft, and not me, which I assume it is, since i find it unlikely that im unable to do anything with profiles here as well as unable to download profiles on my xbox. I can log on to offline profiles that arent associated
with this account just fine, but anything online I have had troubles with after i deleted it. So, thank you, but i may just have to wait and see.

 

So, update, I can view profiles on another account just fine, and I can download the other accounts profile, but I cannot do either on this one account, the only one that matters. I don't know why, but I simply cannot do anything on this one account, and
it is very frustrating. This happened after I was removed from an old accounts family, and then it asked me to create a new account for one, but that was on the xbox 360 itself, so I did not, created a new one on here, added to the family, and when that still
did not work, I tried deleting and redownloading the profile, and now I am here. So that's a big problem.

 

One last thing, While I can see my profile icon and some info here in this forum, when I sign in, on the top right, instead of seeing my profile name and profile icon, I see my microsoft account name and image for that account, so I hope that helps somewhat.
