    My profile is no longer associated with my gamertag


    I removed my profile from my xbox one the other day. I went to go re-add it and it's not coming up when i sign in. There is some new profile there with zero points in the gamerscore. I can look up my original gamertag and see that it still exists, i just
    can't access it for some reason. I have tried every trouble shooting solution and nothing has worked. It's as if my Microsoft account is no longer associated with anything i've done on xbox live. I have email receipts from in game transactions that show i've
    been active on xbox live.

    Microsoft account is incorrect?!

    2 Years ago i wanted to make a new profile so could have a different gamertag. But 2 years later i want to go back to my old gamertag. I no longer have the gamertag profile on my xbox so i have to download it again. but it keeps saying Microsoft account
    is incorrect and ive already reset my password on the email that's associated with my profile so i don't understand what the problem is? help please!

    Account hacked years ago and profile deleted

    So I loved my 360 when I bought it back in 06 I think, but my account was hacked and I was never able to get the biggest problem resolved. Someone hacked my account and apparently deleted my gamertag/profile. I had recovered the Microsoft account and could
    see what the new gamertag was, but everything associated with the gamertag I had was gone. Its just a new looking profile with no gamerscore or real information attached. My original profile/gamertag is still on my system but because of what this hacker
    did, I can no longer sign in to Xbox live using that profile. Am I just *** and there's no way to bring that account back online? I tried calling support but I could only understand about half of what the person said and he didn't seem to understand the
    problem I was having.

    PS this gamertag is what is now associated with the account I WAS using with my original profile.

    That's an odd issue for sure. Let's have you reach out to
    phone or chat support     because this deals with an account issue, something we can't assist with on public facing forums, unfortunately.

    Let us know how it goes! Hopefully that gets resolved soon.

    https://beta.support.xbox.com/contact-us     and click the Contact Us button
    select Family and Online Safety as the category
    select I Want to Protect My Account as the topic
    scroll to the bottom of the options and select Chat Online or Request a Call

    Yes, I can look at the profile. It's certainly active and I can see my Avatar icon.

    The problem is my Windows Live ID is associated with two gamertags. I can't sign into my old gamertag online because every time I sign in using my Windows Live ID it thinks it's associated with Gamertag_B.
