My Profile is Missing 59,000+ Gamerscore.

Was looking at my profile today to see my profile showing i have 240,130 Gs when it should say 298,000+. Some games like Rocket League were i have all the achievements are showing 0% but when i go in to the game it shows the achievements as being unlocked.

I have power cycled my xbox and cleared local saves. any way to fix this.

Gamercard only shows my xbox 360 gamerscore on my xbox 360, but no more my xbox one gamerscore.

I downloaded my profile once again. After that, my gamerscore was not displayed correctly on my gamercard. The gamerscore of my xbox one games is missing. But when I compare my games with other players, then it is displayed correctly. On Xbox.com the gamerscore
is also displayed correctly: 91,053 G.

My xbox live profile is gone

I downloaded my live profile to my friends console and all of my Gamerscore is gone from both my xbox and xbox.com. My profile on my xbox is missing and and I can't use my save games or any downloaded content

Try deleting your profile and then reinstall it . Might have to earn a new acheivment to fix

In your first post you wrote that you had "about 110,000 Gamerscore". I just posted a screenshot of your profile showing that your account DOES HAVE 112,049 Gamerscore. So no wonder the support can't find your missing Gamerscore, as it seems that it IS STILL
THERE!!!

Can you post a screenshot where it shows your Gamerscore missing?

Where are you looking for your Gamerscore? Through an app? On the console?

Fixed the gamerscore thing. Cleared cache again and redownloaded my profile. Now in achievements there is a thing called "Xbox One Games" which had all of my missing points.

My Profile is Missing 59,000+ Gamerscore.
