    My Profile Has A Grey Box Instead Of My Gamerpicture?


    This has been on going for the past 3 days and it will not change and also i believe it has something to do with me being not able to connect to play games online can someone please help?

    Pins Not Available

    I have the same issue where I get the grey box with "Your pins are not available. Sorry about that. They should be back soon".

    I've tried all the same things including removing my profile and then adding it back.

    The odd thing is the Xbox One console has multiple profiles on the box but it affects only my profile, the only way i can access my pins is via the Smartglass app which is less then ideal.

    Auto Sign-In Bug

    Whenever I turn on my Xbox 360 instead of being Auto Signed In. I'm being taken to the select profile screen.

    Upon selecting my Profile. Instead of the dashboard loading up correctly. I'm taken to a grey screen.

    Which has the loading icon spinning indefinitely. Voice navigation is also bugged. When I try a Bing search from this grey loading screen.

    The search becomes stuck thinking... The only other option is Next & Cancel.

    The Guide button on the controller still works correctly. The only way to get the Dashboard to load correctly.

    Is to Launch a recently used app. After you launch the app. You can just back out of the app to the dashboard & the dash loads correctly.

    However if I launch and recently played games. My Xbox just freezes & crashes.

    Gamerpicture Change?

    My gamerpicture is doing exactly the same recently - top right gamerpicture shows, showever the gamercard picture shows the grey outline.

    However at the moment on my screen it shows your gamerpicture.

    I am unable to sign in to my profile on xbox one. I have done multiple hard resets and cold resets with no luck. I click my profile and the grey box pops up for my passkey but I am unable to enter it cause its just a blank grey box. This is annoying
    and irritating - I can't even add a new profile - all we get is a grey box popping up and then back to the screen

    Hello Final Feedz,

    From your console, go to Edit your Profile and then Gamer Picture. From there, you'll have the option to set two Gamer Pictures, one of which I believe you see and one which your friends and everyone else can see.

    Make sure they're the same and you should be all set!
