    My profile, gamer tag and games are suddenly missing from my xbox one


    Hi,

    I signed on to my Xbox one 2 days ago and my profile, gamer tag, and games were all gone. When I tried to recover it, I could only recover my Xbox 360 profile. Has anyone seen this problem and how do I get my profile and games back?

    Do you have a separate profile for Xbox One? Were you sure to use the correct GT and matching password for that account when you signed in?

    Your Xbox 360 account can be used as an account on both 360 and Xbox One. You just need to sign in using the email address and password linked to it.

    I would suggest setting up a call back from an Xbox Live support agent by following the steps below. The agent would be able to make sure you're signing into the right account (with the right email) on your console.

    Step 1 ----Select Xbox One

    Step 2 ----Select See other options

    Step 3 ----Select topic (Ex. System Update)

    Step 4 ----Select "Show contact options"

    Step 5 ----Select request a call from support
