“My profile” gamer-pic isn’t showing...

1. I got this problem with my profile picture and it’s that it won’t show when I go to “My profile” on my Xbox One S. I can see it everywhere else, but “My profile” is the only place I can’t see it. 2. & 3. I went according to sources online & I restarted my Xbox but didn’t work. So after that I reseted my Xbox (kept games & data) but that also didn’t work. 4. Help? Gamer’s right to appreciate their gamer-pic in full glory shouldn’t be suppressed by a glitch/bug.

i am also having the same thing my profile pic is gone some places it shows up others just blank

also gammer score is all messed up showing zero when game completed track on numerous sites as is my monthly score has jumped all over the place only should be plus 80 for today im plus like 24,000 i just want my gammer score back

Yes, but all the stuff on my profile doesn't show up. My gamerscore, gamer pic, and entire profile page doesn't show.

Actually i made my profile pic to look like a humanized rarity. I am a boy. I have a pony as my gamer pic but it only shows up if your on mu friends list.

Maybe a suggestion could be that there can be more options of changing your gamer pic via the official website, currently I’m using an updated iPad no less than 1 year and I when try customise my gamer pic on the official website there isn’t an option for custom.
