My profile does not have sufficient privileges Forza Horizon 4

My friend has the problem that he is unable to join the PVP-session due to not having sufficient priviliges. We have seen that there are solutions as NAT-type, parental control settings and so on. When he had Game Pass, we were able to play, but since he discontinued his account it hasn’t been possible anymore. We have written online that xbox live gold is not necessary to play Forza together. We have tried all sort of solutions, for example logging in and out, but none of these worked. We both play on Xbox. Going to the auction house does work, together in a convoy doesn’t.

Hopefully does anyone know how to fix this.

Since you're playing on the console, you need Gold to play online with other people.

My problem is that everytime i try to join horizon life it keeps saying the same message "This feature is blocked because your profile does not have sufficient privileges." and i cant access multyplayer matches

Did you solve your problem ? I'm having a same issue but nothing worked so far.

I've never seen such an error on FH4, have you checked your NAT? Is this mp error only in the forza?
