Discus and support My profile color is stuck as green when i have it set to blue in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I have my color set to blue and it still shows it green And i unpluged my Xbox also and I don't like the green color on it...     My profile color is stuck as green when i have it set to blue


    I have my color set to blue and it still shows it green And i unpluged my Xbox also and I don't like the green color on it

    Change color

    I change my color to red but everytime I join a party it's green I never change it green and when I talk it's green to and when my friends view my profile they tell me it's green but when I view it it's blue what's the problem

    What's Your Background?

    I used the solid color (dark blue)..and set my app colors to medium green...it looks nice!!!!!

    Factory Restore on your Xbox One console    , selecting 'Reset and keep my games & apps' and let us know if that helps!

    Sign in and auto sign out within a few seconds

    I have signed in online before all of my stuff is set up it just signs me out shortly after signing in. My blue background shows and then it blinks back to green xbox default colors.

    Did you set your color choice to blue? I can't remember exactly but mine was green and I got a green background. It's either that or you change the background color when making the gamer pic. Also if you want help on these forums, don't call it the Xbone.
    I personally find that name offensive and didn't even really want to respond because of that alone. Just my 2 cents.

    ^^Yup, color blind ON means the enemy shows orange and friendly is blue. Color Blind OFF is red, green, and blue for party.
