My Profile Banned

Hello I have been an xbox subscriber for 4 years and at a few points during my membership i have been hacked quite a couple times last 2 times money has been stolen and i have not recieved it back but a couple years back someone took my account THEGREENSCENE
is my current name and they changed my avatar to a not available color (I fixed that) they also added a ton of gamer score to my profile and i couldnt do nothing about that. I would like to know if i could have my account unbanned because i feel i am not responsible
for those actions if you must trace the ip feel free to do so! Thanks

Playing DLC on another profile

Hi. I recently had my console and profile banned. I have another xbox spare though. The non banned console was used occasionaly upstairs, so i had some things downloaded to it. These items run on the console without my banned profile. So my concern is getting my
new profile and console banned for playing games purchased with a now banned profile. Does the licence belong to the console, profile or both? Are some titles different. Thanks.

The XBL enforcement team probably won't read this - you should contact XBL support. The person who signed into your account probably did something very bad to get your account Console Banned - the only other possibility is that you were Console Banned to keep your details secure and that you should contact Microsoft.

 

sorry your account is your responsibility at all times, there is no real way to be hacked on live, either A: you had a easy to guess email/password combo or used the same email/password on other sites, or B: you gave it out to somebody. either way there
is no way to reverse a ban if you had it banned for account tampering (which is what the modded avatar skin would be a part of).

 

Oh a current microsoft employee told me you could help when it comes to these types of situations because he was alaso in a similar situation guess not ill wait it out then see ya have a good 1

 

I would like an investigation done on my account also I been hacked and money was tooken if you could trace the ips like i was told it would be appreciated

 

You would have to contact support to have them start an unauthorized access investigation. No one on the forums can do so (we are just fellow gamers). Since you say it's been a couple of years though, it may not be possible to have an investigation done
at this point.

You would need to post here for questions about your banning -
forums.xbox.com/.../41.aspx However, even if the investigation finds that everything happened while your account was out of your control, there is no guarantee the enforcement team will unban the account.

 

The microsoft employee i spoke to yesterday said to just post here on an unbanned account
