My profil is being ban from communication

Hi, first of all english is not my main language so im sorry for the mistakes i'm gonna do. Today i've been ban from communication for sending very disrespectful messages to other Xbox members, i'm feeling very sorry for what i've done. I wanted to know
when i'm gonna be able to send message again and what could I do to send message again. Thanks for reading this

Suspension

my girlfriends account is banned from party chat and messages but does t show on her account as being suspended but my profile was. I'm banned until October with communication ban. I've removed all profiles except hers but still nothing. Any help be much
appreciated

How do i figure out how long i am banned for?

Was it a communication ban or a profile ban? I was communication banned once but it only lasted 24 hours but some of my friends have been banned from 2 days up to a month. If it was a profile ban I'd assume it's permanent but don't quote me on that.

Hello,

The Xbox Enforcement check every report before issuing any suspensions. The Enforcement Team does not review forum posts you would need to apply for a case review over at

Enforcement.xbox.com

Sign in, Click on the Hammer on the Left and Apply for a Review should be on the right.

Be sure to review the Code of Conduct before applying

If the suspention is only for 24 hours applying for a Case Review will not be available.
