My GTA IV key doesn´t work with my serial, so I don´t know what to do.

Did you try redeeming the code on your Xbox One console or via Xbox.com? Could you try using the one you haven't yet? Try replacing the # symbols in this link with your code and see if that works:

https://account.xbox.com/PaymentAndBilling/RedeemCode?doRedeem=0&token=#####-#####-#####-#####-#####

Also, I notice that you purchased your code from Amazon's German store. What region are you physically located in and what region is your Xbox Live account set to? This may make a difference on ability to redeem a code if they don't match appropriate.

If none of that works, could you send me your code via Xbox Live messages so I can take a look at it?

Hi,

I tried it on XBOX One and via xbox.com. The code should be valid for Germany and Austria and my account is set to Austria.

In the meantime Amazon replaced the Code with another one and now it works. Looks like the first code was for another region.
