    Good evening,

    In enforcement says my privileges have been suspended until ... but do not say until when. I was banned? Can you ask for a reply? This account was not used by me and I would like to use it. I would like to ask for help as I plan to use Xbox Live services
    again. I did not want to have to redo my email in order to use my Live. I apologize for what happened and I assure you this will never happen again.

    Hi, i cant play online although i have an active gold account until feb 2019. It seems my oline privileges have been suspended, what should i do?

    Xbox Live Issues Across Consoles

    I currently have a full xbox live gold account working on my xbox one, however, I do not have xbox live gold privileges on the xbox 360.

    According to my account details my xbox live service is valid until 2015, but it does say it is currently suspended. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

    What is the exact error you receive? does it say your account has been suspended due to a payment issue? or does it say you have been suspended from xbox live until ____ date ?

    I turn auto-renew off, still can't take a credit card off?

    You need to call support to turn off auto renewal. As for taking a card off the account you have to wait until the account reverts to silver.

    In regards to the amount owing, odds are that your purchasing privileges on that account have been suspended until you pay off the amount.
