My Privacy Settings say that I can talk with anyone, but in parties, it tells me it is not ...

I am trying to be in a party. My xbox says your privacy restrictions "prevent chat with some people." My privacy setting tells me I m allowed to be on Xbox Live, and that I can talk to anyone. I try to click on it, and it tells me to try again and that the
service is not working

What's going on??

Ok I was communications banned and apparently Xbox live banned for two weeks. It's been two weeks already, and I'm only able to play games online. I can't send texts cause it says "for your past behavior you can't do that" and when I join parties that triangle
pops up on my profile picture, and it tells me to go to privacy settings cause apparently my settings aren't set for that stuff. So I go to my privacy settings, and everything with communication is allowed and set where I can communicate with everyone, but
then it still won't let me send messages or talk in parties. Will someone please help me with this?

 

Suspension is over still can't communicate or send messages

My my suspension is over and the three accounts that I have on my Xbox still can't communicate and parties or send messages we can start parties but I can't communicate with friends and party I can hear them but they can't hear me and my mic does not light
up when talking. When starting a party it tells me that my privacy settings preventing chat with some people go to privacy settings. when I do that everything is in order. Please help as in communication in online games is a must.

 

I am having the same issue. even runs into an error message when attempting to change settings on xbox.com
