means the other person does not have crossplay on or their privacy setting arent allowing it.

You need to change your account privacy settings

As I previously stated in my original question at the end, the settings arent the problem. They are set correctly. It was never the problem.

it is saying on the in-game store after clicking the confirm purchase is says premium content blocked for this profile to change your privacy and online settings, go to settings, privacy but the settings arent the same so it wont work

Hello! I think this is only happening with my friend, but we dont play with anyone else besides eachother. It seems like her realms arent working because of her privacy settings (we dont play on a realm, we just connect online). When it says the realms arent working, we cant connect and vise versa. And no, I am not apart of a Microsoft family group.
