    My Privacy Account Settings wont work


    My privacy setting are on custom and anyone can talk to me and see my profile. Whenever I start a party it says that my privacy settings prevent chat with some people. It wont even let me talk to my friends or anyone for that matter. This has been going
    on for 4 days i just stopped playing cause i couldn't fix it. I've changed my settings back in forth many times and it still doesn't work. How do I fix this because I dont know what to do anymore. Please help.

    How to change Xbox LIVE online safety and privacy settings

    You are allowed change the online safety and privacy settings for any profile on your console.


    How to change your safety and privacy settings

    Steps to follow:

    • First, you have to go to the My Account page
    • You need to sing in to your Xbox LIVE account clicking Sing In at the upper-right corner of the page.
    • Go to Settings and Preferences and select Privacy and Online Settings.
    • Now change the settings.

    How to change your child’s safety and privacy settings

    Steps to follow:

    • First, you have to go to the My Account page
    • You need to sing in to your Xbox LIVE account clicking Sing In at the upper-right corner of the page.
    • Proceed to Settings and Privacy and press Child.

      Note: You’ll be asked for the parental Microsoft account in order to make changes to the child account’s safety settings.
    • Now change the settings.

    Xbox Adult account accidently deleted

    Hi I have just got an Xbox one for X mas and I made account and it was all working
    I then bought gold and I was fine until I tried to buy a £35 giftcard (today) to buy the BO3 Season pass and I got the 35 on the console to buy it and when I tried to buy it of the store it said I wasn't allowed and I needed to change settings in online privacy and allow buying online
    turns out my brother had deleted the adult account and I can't get back on it as It is deleted I have tried creating new adult accounts but they wont work on allowing my account Sherbertlemons0 to buy stuff how do create a new account to be the adult of Sherbertlemons0 as it wont let me buy stuff
    please help me anybody as I have spent £75 this month on stuff for xbox and don't really want to create a new account what do I do and how can I create another new adult account for Sherbertlemons0???

    it is saying on the in-game store after clicking the confirm purchase is says premium content blocked for this profile to change your privacy and online settings, go to settings, privacy but the settings arent the same so it wont work

    Yes it wont work on apex legends or overcooked either.

    I have checked my privacy and all seem to be on the correct settings allowing for me to communicate with others on xbox live.

    Still not working.

    I recently got an xbox one and transferred my account from my 360 to the xbox one and that was fine, however I cant purchase anything because it says that an adult has put a privacy restriction on my account, and on my 360 I could buy things at will. I tried

    If it says that you need to change your privacy settings when you go into a party you were communication banned, and need to check for a message from Xbox Live reguarding your suspension. Changing your privacy settings wont actually work.
